causes ammonia to be secreted through stool, titrate to have 2-3 soft BMs per day

take in AM with food, 'MIIIGHT NOT', dont stop suddenly

No live vaccines for 11 months after, must have neg TB test, biodlogical DMARD

decrease stomach acid by blocking histamine, take with or before meals

orange,yellow or crystal urine, photosensitivity. PUSH FLUIDS take even when feeling better (increases time between flare ups)

stops about 90% of acid production, PPI, increase risk of fractures and CDAD, take 30 mins before breakfast
